Sharing, Retries, and Limits

How campaign reports are cached and shared, what the export options are, how retries work when a generation fails, and the daily usage limits.

Sharing your report

Every completed campaign gets a public share link (the address bar updates to it automatically when your report finishes). Anyone with the link can view the full report without an account. Reports and their share links expire 24 hours after generation; after that the link returns an expired notice.

Exports

The report exports as PDF, PNG, or JPG for sharing the formatted document, and as CSV for working with the structured data (calendar posts, emails, KPIs, and budget rows). Every section also has a copy button that puts its text on your clipboard for pasting into your own tools. Export controls and lead-capture UI are excluded from the exported file itself.

Caching: same inputs, same report

If you submit exactly the same six inputs within 24 hours, you get the stored report back instead of a new generation. This keeps repeat checks instant and prevents accidental duplicate runs from counting against your daily limit twice. Changing any input, even slightly, produces a fresh campaign.

When a generation fails

A campaign either completes with all eight sections or is marked failed; there is no partial state where some sections silently never arrive. On failure you get a retry button that regenerates the entire campaign, with a 30 second cooldown between attempts. If a run dies mid-pipeline (a provider outage, for example), a server-side watchdog marks it failed within a few minutes so the progress screen resolves honestly instead of spinning.

Usage limits

CampaignGPT is free with no email gate. To keep it that way, runs are limited per tool over a rolling 24 hour window: 3 runs without an account, 10 runs with a free account. Retries count as runs, cached repeats do not. A separate IP-level limit protects the platform from automated abuse.

Data retention

Reports are stored so share links work, and expire 24 hours after generation. Your inputs (product description, audience, pain point) are used to generate the campaign and its research queries; they are not published anywhere outside your report.
