CampaignGPT Documentation

What CampaignGPT produces, the six inputs it needs, and how to run your first go-to-market campaign in under three minutes.

Last updated July 9, 2026

CampaignGPT is a free tool that turns six inputs about your product, audience, and goals into a complete go-to-market campaign: a strategy brief plus seven tactical deliverables, from a 4-week content calendar to a landing page spec. Everything is generated in one pass, grounded in live web research on your market, and arrives as a single report you can share, export, and execute.

This documentation explains exactly how that report is produced: what happens during research, how the two-stage generation pipeline works, what every deliverable contains, and the validation that guarantees a complete report or an honest failure instead of a half-finished one.

Why a campaign, not just copy

Most AI marketing tools generate isolated assets: a post here, an email there. The hard part of go-to-market work is not writing any single asset, it is making twenty assets tell one story. CampaignGPT is built around that problem. It generates a strategy brief first, then forces every tactical section to anchor to that brief: the budget allocation can only use channels the brief recommended, the CTAs follow the campaign goal you picked, and the calendar, emails, and LinkedIn posts share positioning without repeating each other's phrasing.

What a run gives you

  • A strategy brief: positioning statement, three messaging pillars with proof points, a prioritized channel mix, key differentiators, and a campaign theme and concept.
  • Seven tactical deliverables built on that brief: a 4-week content calendar, a 5-email nurture sequence with full copy, 10 LinkedIn posts, a KPI tracker with benchmark ranges, a budget allocation, an A/B test blueprint, and a landing page spec.
  • Research sources: the live web sources the strategy was grounded in, listed in the report.
  • A shareable link that stays live for 24 hours, plus PDF, image, and CSV export and per-section copy buttons.

How a run works, at a glance

StepWhat happens
1. ResearchThree live web searches on your customer, your competitors, and your campaign goal collect up to 15 deduplicated sources.
2. Strategy briefA heavyweight model builds the positioning, messaging pillars, and channel mix from your inputs and the research evidence.
3. Tactical sectionsAll seven tactical deliverables are generated in a single pass against the brief, under hard consistency rules.
4. ValidationBoth stages are checked against strict schemas. Output that does not validate is retried once with the exact error; if it still fails, the report is marked failed and you can retry.

The details live in How campaigns are generated and The eight deliverables.

Running your first campaign

  1. Open CampaignGPT.
  2. Describe your product in a sentence or two, the way you would to a prospect. Specificity here pays off everywhere: the pipeline is instructed to reference your exact product and pain point rather than fall back on generic marketing language.
  3. Describe your ideal customer and their primary pain point. These two inputs drive the research queries, so name the role and the problem, not just an industry.
  4. Pick a campaign goal (leads, awareness, launch, retention, or re-engagement), a monthly budget tier, and your typical sales cycle length. The goal shapes CTAs and KPIs, the budget shapes the channel mix, and the sales cycle sets email send-day spacing.

Generation typically takes 2 to 3 minutes because the pipeline waits on live research plus two large model calls. Identical inputs within 24 hours return the same report instead of burning a fresh run.
